When a Chicago-based marketing firm moved into a new office, it teamed up with Rightsize Facility to **[PLAN](https://rightsizefacility.com/plan/)** and **[FURNISH](https://rightsizefacility.com/furnish/)** the space. The company envisioned an open, modern look with an adaptable layout that could accommodate future growth, and Rightsize managed the space planning, design development, and furniture procurement, as well as finish selections, delivery and installation, and vendor coordination. “The building had some beautiful original features, such as exposed-brick walls, that we wanted to embrace and highlight,” said Jessica McCambridge, Workplace Solutions Director and Chicago team leader for Rightsize. “Our goal was to design a fun, branded, and collaborative space that fit with the company culture. We added pops of orange throughout to match their brand identity.” Rightsize used a **[BLENDED SOLUTION](https://rightsizefacility.com/blended-solution/)** for furniture, selecting mostly new items but incorporating some pre-owned Herman Miller pieces to round out the space and keep expenses down. “We applied our space planning and product knowledge to complete the project on budget and on time,” said McCambridge. Wellness was a top priority for the client, so Rightsize installed Friant height-adjustable benching and My-Hite beam sit-to-stand desks in the open workspace. The private offices featured mix-and-match components from the Friant Dash collection. Rightsize also configured flexible, open-plan collaboration areas and a sleek conference room, plus a kitchen and lounge area with a tall rolling table and metal stools. The firm’s leadership and staff are delighted with their new office space and the value Rightsize provided.
