Asset Disposition
Many leases call for a tenant to remove furniture, technology and other assets from a commercial space to prepare it for the next occupant. This is often an enormous undertaking that requires professional assistance to complete. Whether a tenant doesn’t fulfill its lease obligations or doesn’t know where to start, the Rightsize team is committed to offering the CRE team and tenants a streamlined and sustainable approach to Asset Disposition. In fact, less than 5% of all FF&E that we decommission is taken to a landfill; everything else is resold, recycled or refurbished.
Space Restoration
Once an office has been cleared out, there is still a substantial amount of work necessary to return it to broom-swept, move-in condition for the next tenant.
