Employers are increasingly finding that their office furniture has a big impact on attracting talent in today’s tight labor market. With this in mind, a multinational manufacturing company reached back out to Rightsize Facility to refresh its office in downtown Chicago.
“This is the second office I’ve done with them,” said Jessica McCambridge, Workplace Solutions Director, Rightsize Facility. “This was a fun puzzle to put together and it turned out great.”
The office refresh focused on giving the office a more modern feel by adding sit-to-stand desks and collaboration areas for each department. The space plan includes an open main work area and a large multi-functional space. The furniture selected included AIS Matrix workstations and AIS Aloft benching, AIS Calibrate conference tables and Global Duet seating.
The office has been planned with room for growth in two more phases that the company is working with Rightsize to PLAN and FURNISH.
