Tell us about your job in your own words:

I work closely with project influencers, brokers and developers to share Rightsize's business model and best practices, so we can obtain projects that need our design services and solutions. As a provider of unique turn-key corporate interiors, coupled with our GREEN initiatives, I share our successes and strategize on how to create dynamic corporate environments.  My function is also to collaborate with my team in facilitating the ideal proposition to best meet the client’s branding, and integrate the right elements in supporting their workflow.

What is the best part of your job?

I meet a lot of interesting professionals that make a monumental difference in our real estate landscape, which in turn, make a broader economic impact on our neighborhoods and city.  We have a shared vision in transforming workplace design, enhancing and sustaining our environment, and making the world a better place.

What is one way you have made a difference at Rightsize?

Seeing as I have over 13 years experience in contract furniture industry, I believe I bring a wealth of knowledge from my years with different organizations. I have worked on the manufacturer’s side, worked exclusively on Government contracts, wrote the specifications on projects with the A&D community, and worked on high-tech, mission critical projects on a global scale. My experience gives me a sense of confidence and insight on how to manage a complex sale.

What’s one thing that your coworkers would be surprised to know about you?

Back in high school, I was a DJ for our high school radio station WMWA. I really enjoyed the freedom it gave me to express my favorite 80-90’s alternative music, while giving me that platform to reach out to my classmates and discuss pop culture issues of our time. I also like karaoke —only when I’m out of town though.

If you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be?

Transparent (by default).

What’s your favorite thing to do outside of work?

Hang out with my 5 and 6 year old boys. They are a handful and yet, I just can’t get enough of them.  I am fortunate to have an excellent work, life balance.
