One of the pillars that Rightsize Facility was founded on was the concept of adaptive reuse. This was showcased in a recent project we completed for a Chicago real estate development company's new corporate headquarters.

For its new location, the client chose an unoccupied structure on the city's West Side and installed new flooring and lighting. For its furniture, the client was seeking a cost-effective solution, which made our BLENDED SOLUTION a perfect fit.

For the office's workspaces, we utilized 24 refurbished Herman Miller AO2 workstations as well as refurbished file pedestals, while Global Princeton desks and Loover chairs were used for private offices.

"We were able to show this client a lot of wonderful ideas and they were very receptive to what we presented," said Patty Gountanis, the Rightsize Facility business development manager that worked on the project. "We were able to accomodate their functional and collaborative requirements all while staying under their budget and within their timeline deadline. I'm very happy with what our team was able to accomplish."

The project was completed in six months. Click here to see a photo gallery of the office.
