A top-notch real estate investment firm can’t settle for just any office space. The company’s office needs to reflect its reputation, values, and expertise. When a firm headquartered in Chicago decided to move to a new location, it reached out to Rightsize Facility to PLAN and FURNISH its flagship office to its professional standards.

For the new space – 3,000 square feet in the Willis Tower – the firm’s leadership wanted a modern aesthetic. Rightsize used a BLENDED SOLUTION to maximize the client’s budget on a tight timeline, combining pre-owned storage units, refurbished workstations, and new case goods and seating. The color palette was contemporary: grays, whites, and blacks with tasteful touches of bright color.

“Our main goal was to meet an accelerated move-in date with a budget-friendly product,” said Diana Tompkins, Workplace Solutions Manager at Rightsize. “Using a BLENDED SOLUTION allowed us to provide attractive furnishings that suited the client’s needs, while still keeping costs low.”

Rightsize furnished three private offices and eight workstations with privacy panels, as well as a lounge area and a wall-mounted dining counter. In the conference room, Rightsize installed a new conference table with a brushed-metal, double-column base and complementary conference chairs.

“This project came our way because of a referral from a former client who was happy with our work,” said Tompkins. “We were happy to live up to our reputation, and deliver on time and on budget. We made sure the client was satisfied with the end result, and the process went smoothly from start to finish.”
