Rightsize President Mason Awtry will be a panelist on “The Power of the Workplace” during the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) Commercial Real Estate Professionals (CREP) Network 4th quarter event taking place on Tuesday, November 29th.
Awtry will join commercial real estate professionals to discuss one of the hottest real estate topics of 2016: How companies are changing their offices and using workplace strategy to effectively boost performance, enhance company culture, and drive employee recruitment/retention. From the panel, attendees will gain insight into how the ever-evolving office interior industry is transforming the way the world works.
“I am honored to be a part of NACC’s ‘The Power of The Workplace’ panel with several of the area’s top CRE and business leaders,” said Awtry. “I’m excited for the informative discussion but specifically engaging with attendees in an open forum as we take a deeper dive into industry trends and developments.”
The NACC recently partnered with the office interiors and workspace experts at Rightsize to develop an office renovation plan, as the chamber is undergoing a complete rebranding initiative. Through the partnership with Rightsize, the NACC will be able to make significant improvements to the office space in an effort to provide a more collaborative working environment.
During the panel discussion, Awtry will share his expert knowledge on how changes in office layout and design can provide positive impact on the culture and bottom line of a business. He will also discuss industry trends and how companies can incorporate trends that underscore and complement their brand.
The CREP Network event will take place at the NACC’s office from 7:30am to 9am on Tuesday, November 29th. Joining Awtry on the panel is Joe Chura, CEO of Launch Digital Marketing and Jesse Sellers, Workplace Strategist at CBRE. Click here to learn more about the event.
