CHICAGO—Rightsize Facility Performance, an office interiors and facilities services firm which helps corporate clients transform or decommission their offices, has just signed a 140,000-square-foot lease extension and expansion for its headquarters located at 5000 W. Roosevelt Rd. in Chicago.

In addition to corporate offices, RFP houses its showroom and warehouse at the Roosevelt space which now totals 225,000-square-feet. The expansion and extension was signed to consolidate operations from its distribution center and remanufacturing facility located at 4440 W. Ohio St. which the firm recently sold.

This is just the latest in a series of real estate related moves the company has made since mid-2014. In August, the firm signed a 5,000-square-foot lease at 280 Shuman Blvd. in suburban Naperville to house its new suburban sales and design center. In late November, Rightsize moved its downtown Chicago sales and design center from 351 W. Hubbard St. to 5,000-square-feet of space at 303 W. Erie St. Also in late November, Rightsize expanded operations into the Milwaukee market, signing a 5,000-square-foot lease at W233 N2847 Roundy Circle West in suburban Pewaukee.

Rightsize provides workstations, desks, seating, file cabinets, conference and reception furniture, as well as continuing to take on decommissions, furniture buybacks and deliveries. Founder and president Mason Awtry says Rightsize will continue to evaluate additional markets for expansion in 2015.
